Many times I have a prospective client on the phone, possibly the conference room throughout a consultation, speaking openly and candidly concerning life, their experience, their ambitions, their motivations plus their dreams.
Sometimes these sessions become very emotional, and weren’t levels very real. Being an experienced immigration attorney I can never lose sight of the simple fact my conversation partner is often a REAL, tangible person, imperfect, filled with emotions, seeking some goal, with varying life experiences and disorders.
To me, clients are not case numbers or file numbers, they aren’t limited receipt notices, or passport numbers, they aren’t abstract businesses on paper, or anonymous applicants. Yet PEOPLE. As i have many many clients on the world, from virtually tens of different nations, cultures, backgrounds, each client’s case could be most important case to them. THEIR life and livelihood depends (at least perceivably to them) inside the successful results of their case. To each and every applicant, tons is at stake, and a lot of of what the client did and strove for in the past is now hanging each morning balance, dreaming about a good result.
While even reliable immigration lawyer in the field of cannot guarantee success and good results, having the right legal advisor at your side early on, can substantially boost success of one’s application or petition for whatever immigration benefit you seek.
I frequently find myself dumbfounded, when i see someone for an assessment and they tell me their story of their plight, their bad experience, the time lost, the case denied, large income spent, consequently on.
